Bhagteraho is a word in Hindi language. It is combined using two different words Bhagte and Raho. Bhagte in English means running and raho means keep on. The meaning of this word is keep on running. This blog has two purpose. One is to improve my writing skills and other is to jot down my experiences and evolution in running.

I am a 32 year old Finance professional. I started running in 2009 3 months after i quit smoking. An almost 10 yr habit led to unused bundles of energy and impatience. I guess these withdrawl symptoms led me to swoosh out of my house one morning and start running. and I havent looked back. I am a very novice runner with having run around 5 half marathons and would be attempting my first full marathon in Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2013 on 20th January. So do keep peeking into this blog and wish me success in my running.Ciao..

Thanks Radu. After quitting I had a lot of time and energy. So started running. And that was the best decision i had taken.
